I'd been working for an International insurance company for about seven years, and actually I wasn't very ambitious or career-orientated. Then a new manager came to my branch. He encouraged me to take the job more seriously, so I started studying to become a manager myself. I had to attend to evening classes for four years to get the necessary qualifications and training, but it's been worth it. I look forward to reporting to work much more than ever. Some people say that working in an insurance company is routinary, but for me each day is different. It's all about interacting with clients ... and that's always a real challenge.
