SDW:	9513, OK. Hold the line, please Mr Stirling. OK, I have an order for 600 pairs of men's shoes, reference number 3440/SH, size 42.
Roger:	No, I'm afraid that's no correct. I ordered 60, not 600. And I didn't ask for size 42, I asked for size 43. The only thing that's correct is the reference number.
